Dear Valued Guests

We have initiated new Stay Safe protocols to ensure a guests and employees have the safest environment possible.

This includes:

  • 72 Hours Between Guests Stays: All rooms booked will have been vacant for 72 hours prior to check in.
  • Nearly all guestrooms have exterior vented heating & cooling systems. These rooms do not share HVAC airflow with other guestrooms nor the public spaces of the hotel. *Request one of these rooms during check in or prior to arrival.
  • Guestrooms windows are opened during room cleanings to allow fresh air to enter.
  • Housekeeping staff wear masks, face shields, aprons and new gloves to clean each rooms.

WE CLEAN & SANITIZE EACH GUESTROOM ITEM AFTER EVERY CHECKOUT:

  • Entry Door Handle (both sides)
  • Bathroom Door Handle (both sides)
  • Bathroom Faucet Handles
  • Toilet Handle
  • Mini Fridge Handle
  • Remote Control
  • Light Switches (all)
  • Phones (handle & buttons)
  • Knobs to Turn On Lamps
  • Thermostat Buttons
  • Tables, Nightstands and Other Hard Surfaces

LOBBY & PUBLIC SPACES:

  • Sneezeguards are installed along the entire length of the front desk
  • Employees wear masks at all times – even when they are alone
  • In addition to regular cleanings of “high touch” areas in all public spaces, we have guidelines in place with our staff for healthy workplace practices in the “back of house” including regular hand washing, cleaning of cellphone screens and keyboards.
