Hera Hotel Group LLC (dba Bristol Hotel) operates the Bristol Hotel, and may operate other hotel properties, websites or social media accounts.  It is Hera Hotel Group's policy to act with integrity, including respecting our guest’s concern about their privacy.  It is our policy never to sell your personal information. We know that guests care about how their information is used and value your trust in us to use it carefully and sensibly.  

This Privacy Statement refers to any information that we may collect throughout the process of operating our businesses, including but not limited to information collected:

  • through software applications made available by use or through computers and mobile devices (the “Apps”)

Information Collection

We collect personal information when you make a reservation, communicate with us, logon to our Guest WIFI Wireless Network or otherwise connect with us or post to social media pages, register to receive information from us, providing us feedback, or participate in a survey, contest or promotional offer.  When you choose to use these features, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and other personal information (“Personal Information”). Personal information is also collected throughout your guest journey. We use Personal Information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain information and services offered through the Site, to create personal accounts, to develop new offerings, to facilitate reservations, payment, send administrative information, confirmations or pre-arrival messages, to complete your reservations and stay (for example to process your payment), to send users press releases, send marketing communications or promotional offers as well as customer satisfaction surveys, or other general information about The Bristol Hotel, to meet any applicable legal and regulatory requirements, provide better or more personalized Services and to respond to any feedback you submit.  

Website Visitors

Through the Site, we may automatically gather certain information about the use of the Site, such as how frequently certain areas of the Site are visited, including through the use of cookies, web beacons and other technologies. Like most website operators, Hera Hotel Group collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Personally-Identifying Information applies to any data that can identify you as an individual or relate to an identifiable individual. At various points during your stay and/or engagement with Hera Hotel Group (Bristol Hotel) we collect and store certain Personally-Identifying Information such as:

  • Contact information: First and Last name, Email address, Phone number, Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City, etc.
  • Demographic information: Age, gender, date of birth, anniversary, primary language, etc.
  • Reservation/Visit: Date of arrival and departure, special requests, names of companions or family members, goods, and services purchased and consumed, etc.
  • Interests and Preferences: Regarding past, current and future stays, such as your interests, activities, hobbies, food, and beverage choices, etc.
  • Health Information that is required by State, County and/or Federal agencies to maintain compliance with regulations, health department requirements or other State, County or Federal directives in relation to the Covid19 Pandemic.

Our security system may also collect images and video and audio data via security cameras located in public areas, such as hallways, parking areas and lobbies, in our properties.

When you make a payment in connection with purchasing any of the Services, Hera Hotel Group (Bristol Hotel) may obtain credit card or other payment information.

*If you submit any Personal Data about other people to us (e.i., if you make a reservation for another individual), you represent that you have the authority to do so and you permit us to use the data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Certain visitors to Hera Hotel Group's websites choose to interact with Hera Hotel Group in ways that require Hera Hotel Group to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Hera Hotel Group gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions related to the Services with Hera Hotel Group are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions.
